Miasmata is a first person exploration game released in 2012.

In Miasmata you will have to explore a mostly uninhabited island in search of special plants, that can be used in the creation of a cure for an illness. The game does not hold your hand, when it comes to exploration. You have to map out the island by yourself using an ingame feature. But don't worry you won't have to draw it yourself. Studying the island and reading research papers left behind by other scientists, you have to find that special flower.
